Cancellation Policy:
Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. It's my policy to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is appreciated.   When canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule a massage appointment. If you are able, please give me 24 hours advance notice prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are feeling ill or sick before your massage appointment, just call or text me to cancel.  There are no extra fees for canceling a massage therapy session for any reason. 

No-shows
I will consider a client a No-show when a client has not shown up for their scheduled massage appointment, AND the client has failed to text or call me with a valid reason for missing their massage appointment.  A complete No-show (failure to show up, and no call or no text) will be required to pay for their last massage session before scheduling another session with me. 

I understand that life happens and giving some advance notice before canceling would be appreciated.  

No-shows makes me lose valuable time.  Without proper notice there is no time to fill the empty session and clients that may be in pain could use that valuable massage session.  
 

 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, a determination will be made to determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
